The Impact Ball is a revolutionary, low bounce, 1 Kg, dry land training ball. This ball will have an immediate impact on your program. Improve power shots by strengthening the throwing motion of the shoulder and oblique muscles as well as forearm, wrist and hand. Correct repetitions with the IMPACT ball will increase power and arm velocity without undue strain on the shoulder or elbow.
